It’s easier than you think!  For perspective…

There are 168 hours in a week.  Hopefully you’ll be sleeping for about 60 of those hours because your body needs rest.  If you work, manage the home and family or both – that’s another 45 hours a week.  Add the two and you have about 63 hours left.  So let’s add in about 20 hours for errands and the general running around you have to do.  You still have 43 hours!

The number one reason people say they don’t exercise and take care of themselves is they say they don’t have time.  We all have the same 168 hours each week. Why do some people have time to exercise and some don’t?  The simple answer is that for some people their health and fitness is a priority and they use the time for that purpose.  You have a choice.  So what are you going to do today? This week? This month? This year?  Will you get the most out of your 168 hours?
