Instructor led group workouts consisting of cardio, gymnastics and strength training. Classes will incorporate the following ten general physical skills: cardio respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. These will be presented in various forms and degrees using a variety of equipment.
